I'm now at 8/13...I still have hope that I'll finish!
I've been behind about linking to my posts, but I just added books 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9. This brings me to 9/13. I'm going to have to hustle for those last 4.

Hello Canadians & Guests! I am at 21. Irene, well done. You stick to a handful of events I imagine? I achieve over 100 a year but distribute them strategically over a good 46 challenges. This close to our Canada day finish I swivel between: crunching Canadian content now, or blowing it out of the water after we reset in July. Admittedly tallies of 85 make me think "why bother". I agree with what John wrote in Irene's wonderful profile, about competition not being the point. But it makes the decision about pushing before or after July.
I don't wish a delay to befall Irene. I prayed for a break in "Mount To Be Read" and the fate of two top contenders wasn't good! One had a fire, the other heart surgery. The best I wish for is for Irene to spread literature over more themes! We appreciate demonstrating excellence but my favourite competition, since I don't care for sports, has always been with myself. :) ,Warmly Carolyn.
4 now...good lord but I went off the rails this year. Might still get there but am not holding my breath.
Now at 12/13
Bill, you're in the home stretch! Claire, short or easy reading will do the trick. FYI: the writer of the first several "The Hardy Boys" is Canadian. Work with that. Q;-)= Yours gleefully warm in Manitoba, Carolyn.
