These first two links this month are actually from January and February. Reading and blogging are taking a backseat to my first grandchild!

Yay! - I finally read another Canadian book! Saddlebags for Suitcases by Mary Bosanquet - the true account of a young woman's 3800 mile solo horseback journey from Vancouver to Montreal and then to New York, undertaken in 1939-40. This puts me at 4/13. Must get busy reading some more Canadiana!
